About this app

The District Collector & Magistrate, Mancherial, Government of Telangna, India wanted to do the mass screening of the entire 30+ population for the existence of NCD (Non Communicable Diseases) risk factors. In order to facilitate the process, a digital platform for entering the collected data at the sub-center level has been envisaged.
The district has got Android tablets to all the ANM’s (Health Workers) in to register the Non Communicable Diseased patient details in Mancherial Telangana.


Health Card -Telangana
Whenever a patient has been detected of any of the common (NCD) Non Communicable Diseases, he/she is registered in eMancherial Health card app and given treatment. This app contains all the vital heath related information about the patient including the blood pressure and blood glucose test values, scan report etc. The information regarding the type of treatment is also entered in the eMancherial Health Card app.

Whenever patient visit the health centre, doctors and nursing staff can review old reports in eMancherial Health Card app and treatment can be given.


NCD Clinics at PHC & Sub Centre
A fixed day of every week, the OPD (out patient department) at the PHC functions as the NCD clinic. The day fixed for conducting NCD clinic varies from place to place. Contact your nearest primary health centre for further details.

Patients can attend these clinics and avail of the following free services :
i. Registration of NCD patients
ii. Check weight
iii. Tests blood glucose level
iv. Checks blood pressure
v. Test the blood cholesterol level at the laboratory
vi. Health education classes will be given to patients
vii. Routine checkups by doctors & treatment
viii. Get medicines for one full months duration (till the next review)
