THIS IS A SCAM paid for the lifetime ad free experience lasted one day then made me watch the ads the next day to continue. The program is just a series of pictures from which you have to work out how to do the exercise. Only gave one star because I had to

Had just Begun so of course not to be seen results but I will see. We'll be back to review. But there are very fast I'm timing For each exercise this Program is technically not free. There is only one exercise program or exercise workout which it is sitting in a chair and it's tell me appointments
