I have the light version and didn't find it helpful from the start. The beginner breathing exercise has no speed adjustment and goes too fast from the very first level. There should be a way to slow down the speed of the breathing in and out, it's going too fast from the very start. Very unpleasant for anyone who is trying to learn deep breathing for the first time. Might be suitable for someone who has done breathing exercises before.

i like the audio cues for inhale & exhale. agree with other reviews that the breathing exercises could do with a bit more introduction, however, if you have ever done yoga breathing before this week be simple to use. the meditation is also good, a simple " check in with your body" approach, but british users will definitely Google at the butTOCK part 🤣

I love simplicity of user interface. 8mins meditation is really very useful,this is what i was looking for. Manny other apps are too complicated to use, some have 1 hour meditation, because of that we lose interest. But here due to 8mins we do it regularly.

i use this to monitor my blood pressure, it will bring it down fast. the monks for ages have use breathing techniques for many reasons some can hold their breath for 8mins which is unheard of. me I just try to breath.
