Seriously. My sedentary teens/early twenties has worn my body about a decade past my actual age, so I frequently wake up with a sore back, and throw it out way more often than an able-bodied young man rightly should. Since I started using this app at least once (ideally twice) everyday, my situation has drastically improved. It not only helps to treat immediate problems, but it helps prevent future ones. Well worth trying out.
