The app has been working great until today. When I open it I get an error no host available. I can by pass it. But why does this app work for a while then there is trouble again.

The app needs to be updated with better features!! 1. Put prescriptions in fill date order. Not in prescription list with the same script on repeat by date. So that we can just go to that prescription name and see everytime it has been filled. 2. Show quantity filled. So we know it's a 30 or 90 day supply etc. 3. Allow alerts or text so that we know when a prescription is ready for pick up. Etc..

I want the old app back! before I was able to check what prescriptions were pending what prescriptions were waiting for approval from the insurance company and how much it was going to cost me before I go to the store. Now the only thing I can see our prescriptions that are ready and ones that are ready to be refilled. this app gives me no information that the old app gave us. I don't know why they changed it but please put it back because it worked. This one just doesn't. #oldappback

I can't see or refill my prescriptions. What used to be easy and convenient has now become frustrating but I'm glad to know I am not the only one experiencing an issue. I sent an email to the developer via some link here but I don't know how responsive they are. I guess we'll see.

Was never successful in creating an account. Even though I have a current RX # it kept denying me- saying invalid#. Called pharmacist to see why and they don't know. I was instructed to just call them. What good is having an app when the people it's for just tell you not to use it!

So they upgraded this app and it's no longer compatible with my Blackberry Priv. Well I still have the website access, NOT!!! Now the webpage on my laptop says "This version of our app is no longer supported". I mean what the hell? I get about 8 prescriptions from ShopRite but I think I have to transfer them to another pharmacy that has decent accessibility. I need to be able to request refills and see if I have any ready to pickup, I can't just go there every day or so to see. I am so bitterly disappointed.
