Why do I need two separate logins to use this app? What purpose does the first login serve, when you get the exact same content as the "guest" login? And why is RWJ Hamilton not listed as one of your facilities? And finally, why does RWJ Medical Associates say you can communicate with your doctor through the portal? I have tried to contact ANYONE at that facility and I get a message saying that location or physician isn't accepting messages.
