This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Mobile eReports (SMS) on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Rolls-Royce Mobile eReports (SMS) makes it possible to report events or incidents online or offline from remote locations, such as the aircraft cockpit. The app is intended to be used for reporting safety incidents, or identifying hazards or risks of interest, through customisable forms that can be designed to meet individual business needs.

Updates to the application data are managed seamlessly through our Connect web service. Send a report from the app to our browser based application, SMS Solution where it will be assessed. Then, monitor the feedback and status of your sent report from within the app. Mobile eReports (SMS) provides you access to everything you need to complete the reporting process from your mobile device.

New features

Improvements to the default behaviour of Date / Time fields.
Administrators can also now include Event and Cost Summaries on your Report forms.
Using 2023.1, you can now customise the Help and Privacy statements available in the app.
