An ad pops up with every selection you choose. I wanted to look thru the 7 day meal plans but could not get past day 4 because of the ads coming with each day. Get the FODMAP app that tells you which foods are safe and which are not then start a meal plan from there. Spare yourself the as hell that comes with this one.
