Mit der elektronischen Patientenakte (ePA) sammelst du deine Gesundheitsdaten an einem Ort – super fix und ganz einfach. Ärztinnen, Ärzte und Therapeut*innen versorgst du so unkompliziert mit allen wichtigen Informationen.

Das Wichtigste zuerst:

Deine Daten sind sicher. Die ePA verschlüsselt alle Informationen, sie sind erst einmal nur für dich sichtbar. Du entscheidest, welche Daten in deine Akte kommen, und mit wem du sie teilst. Du behältst also jederzeit die volle Kontrolle.

Die ePA bietet u.a. dir folgende Funktionen:

Zugriff nur mit sicherer Identifizierung zum Schutz deiner Daten. Sicherer Login mit oder ohne elektronische Gesundheitskarte (eGK). Medizinische Dokumente hochladen, herunterladen und verwalten. Digitale Dokumente für den Impfpass, Kinderuntersuchungsheft, Zahnbonusheft von den Behandler*innen speichern lassen. Deine Leistungsauskunft bei uns beantragen. Behandler*innen und medizinischen Einrichtungen für den Zugriff auf die ePA berechtigen. Zugriff für Personen einrichten, die dich vertreten sollen. Auf Patientenakten von anderen Personen zugreifen, die du vertreten möchtest. Die Aktivitäten in deiner ePA nachverfolgen. Assistent für das einfache Hochladen von Dokumenten. Anbindung an das nationale Gesundheitsportal. Die PIN deiner Gesundheitskarte (eGK) ändern. Mit mehreren Geräten auf deine Patientenakte zugreifen (z. B. Smartphone oder Tablet).

Du bist Kund*in bei der Pronova BKK und besitzt ein Smartphone mit einer Android-Version 10 oder höher.
