I like the workout but have a few issues with the app. 1. The plate calculator doesn't include the weight of the bar. 2. Warm up/Heater sets should be included on the same screen as the workout. 3. Should allow me to skip a workout or switch a day to a different type.

On my 2nd week on this routine and it's a pretty good app. Seems to work as intended though I think the heating/warmup sets formula is off. The timer resets / has to reload all when I have to change screens on my phone.. but other than that great app .. doesn't bombard you with a lot of ads and I felt it was user friendly.
