Can not get the video to show up on my phone. It says it is connected but I still don't get anything except for a loading screen.

It will work for a while then will lose settings. Then you must keep resetting it. There needs to be an update to correct these issues if Revo is going to use it for their products.

Can't see any of my cameras unless I'm at home so what is the point of the app if it don't work away from home need to fix

Need to keep restarting on this phone duraforce pro . Note 4, works well . Don't know why won't hold connection to DVR . Os is newer on duraforce. Other than that .I don't know . Please in kind contact me . "Revo "

When you are away from home the app doesn't work. I have reset it twice and the away from home works when you're home, but when you're actually away it doesn't work.
