5 star is an understatement for this app. It's a one stop shop for your medical needs. The customer service/response time is top notch. They even go as far as booking an appointment for you with your preferred hospital and make arrangements for your drugs to be delivered if you can't get them at the pharmacy.

The previous app is so great as doctors respond almost immidiately to questions and consultations. But on this upgraded version, the doctors service is too sluggish and slow for my liking. Please work and adjust on your services in case of emergency situations. But reliance Hmo is a very good Hmo and their services use to be great👍

It's a great app! You can have realtime chats with health professionals, get drug prescriptions for complaints and have your questions answered. PS: I've got an issue with the latest update. While chatting with a health professional, the chats don't update instantly. One has to leave the chat page, then return, before new messages are loaded.
