Giving five stars because when it's working great it's working fantastic. very easy way to find reminders on prescriptions, however often the app locks up and my whole phone won't function at all until I restart it. Crossing my fingers that the next release won't have that problem on Android.

This is a great 1st release of an app that was long overdue. It would be great to see a bit more information. Cost of prescription and a bit of information on where each script is at in the process. A gray bar of progress doesn't tell one much. Would be nice to know when scripts would be ready. Love my Bel Air pharmacy. I've seen other pharmacies apps that have this info but their customer service pales in comparison. Keep up the good work!!

Love the app! Easy to use. I like that I can manage my family member's prescriptions. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because once you run out of refills on a prescription it's no longer in the prescription line up. It would be awesome if you could request new refill orders in app instead of having to call and bug the staff. Once that happens, I'm changing my rating to 5 stars!

It works but I am having 1 problem with it. You cannot refill your meds early, not even a day early if you use your list of meds. You have to wait till the day you run out, and I live in a small town and have to drive a ways to get my prescription so this doesn't work well for me on important meds. Otherwise the list and refills is easier than calling in each one. Also just scanning the bar code is even better than calling, which is what I do to get it a few days early.

Love the app, makes it so much easier to manage prescriptions for everyone in my family! For prescriptions with zero refills left, you just have to go to settings and turn on option to show prescriptions with zero refills. Hope that helps!

This is a convenient way to renew prescriptions, but it is a terrible app - very slow, both initial load and navigation - moving from screen to screen doesn't always seem logical - doesn't integrate fully with pharmacy system. Can't notify you when prescription ready
