About this app

The MMQ (mymedicarequestion.com) Agent app was developed to give the MMQ consumer access to connect to a local independent agent who specializes in Medicare.

We give weekly feedback on the number of times a brokers page has been viewed by the MMQ consumer app user. This is at the top of the home page and will reflect app activity with the consumer.

People who have downloaded the MMQ consumer app can call or text "chat" with a participating independent agent who has the MMQ agent app.

There is a feature for the agent to turn the chat off or on on their phone.

The agent can also send out private invitations to consumers to download the MMQ consumer app. If accepted, the only agent to populate under the agents tab will be the agent who sent the invite. This is the ultimate business card for any Medicare broker. It privatizes the consumer app to make it appear as if it is the agents own Medicare educational app.

The app includes a client directory for all who have the MMQ consumer app via this agent. The agent can makes notes, call, or text the consumer from this page. It can become the best prospecting list ever if used correctly.

Our brokerage can also send out notification alerts to the agent on plan changes or new product offerings.

We are constantly striving to improve communication and connections between Medicare beneficiaries and the agents they need. This MMQ app system is just one of the bridges we have built to improve those relationships.
