App is bad, the online system is even worse. Password resets don't work you get an "Oops! Something went wrong" message, then you have to call and sit on hold for an hour to speak to someone.

My experience is horrible! Its gone from very bad to worse. I tried to log into myQhealth, but it diverts me to the new Quantum Health app to download. I downloaded the new app, and it doesn't recognize my username or password. And it doesn't say I have the username or password.

No longer able to access sensitive data after update. Only gives a pop up that says something went wrong and when you close it it it opens again

Can't even log in. This app is terrible. I have ish delta would stop with the cheap insurance.

I just downloaded this update and it won't open. It goes to a white screen and that is it. Tried uninstall/reinstall, same result.

Using the previous version I was advised I needed to update the app, so I did. I tried to use my signon info, said it couldn't find me. Answered security questions, said I don't exist. Tried to re-register, can't get past where I create my password, although I met all the qualifications. I'd think you'd want the app to work so you don't overwhelmed with calls...but I guess I have nothing better to do than to sit on the phone for 40 mins.
