App is useful for keeping track of my weight, however iI can't add notes to my measurements. EDIT: It has recently had a lot of trouble syncing. It is nondeterministic. Sometimes resetting Bluetooth gets it to sync, sometimes restarting the app, and sometimes it refuses to aync altogether. This makes it very difficult to use. I think it's the app, I've run into this problem with multiple scales.

It will no longer connect to Google fit. First I had trouble with it not automatically logging my weight in noom through Google fit. I disconnected it thinking that would help but now it will not reconnect. It did reconnect after Uninstaller and reinstalling but it is still not logging my weight to noom automatically.

For the money, the scales are brilliant and the app saves all the faff of visually tracking your weight loss via Excel, etc. My only concern is the risk of data loss; if achieve my weight loss goal, it'll be super-important for me to be able to regularly reflect on my journey getting there, and I'd be devastated to loose it. Could you not incorporate a feature that allows you to download your data into another format, e.g. a PDF report? At the moment I'm having to take screen shots just in case.

Works well on individual operating systems but won't sync from android to apple, also on my two phones note 20 ultra and 12 max it's always logging me out on both devices, scales brill app ??? Sorry ps using same log in account so there shouldn't be a problem with apple and android syncing,

Body fat score is way out on this app. My bmi is 21 and my body fat on the app is 33 putting me in obese range - totally wrong! I weigh 137 lbs but app converts this to 9st 11lb when the accurate weight is 9.8lb. Saw another review with the lady having the same conversion issue. 15/5/21 Thanks for your reply. It is not the scales that is the problem. It is the App so returning the scales for a new one is unlikely to fix the problem.

I received a body composition tracking system analysis at a medical center today and was so very disappointed to have almost a 10 point difference in my body fat % from my FitIndex scale and app. Considering I only weigh 108 llbs the difference was pretty substantial and shocking. I hope others do not have a similar situation with this app and scale and something is just off with ours. Both my boyfriend and I each purchased one. ----- Thank you for the response, I am pretty certain I purchased the scale about a year and a half to two years ago.
