Didn't have an issue with it originally but since the last update it shows that I've lost 5% body fat, gained 8kg muscle and all my other metrics have changed rapidly (increased skeletal muscle, higher protein, etc) - like, HUGE amounts since I last weighed myself last week. So now I don't know if they've improved the results from the scales because they weren't accurate to begin with OR if it was accurate and now it's consistently inaccurate?

Some functions locked if you're not home between 5 and 11am. The app won't let me open certain functions because I leave for work at 430am. It's frustrated and when I gave the company feedback they sent me a nonspecific response that had odd grammer that made thier response difficult to understand. Otherwise the app and scale work well together.

No longer connects and saves biometrics. Measurements vary greatly with no change in clothing, time, location.

I know my ideal weight and I’m motivated by progress. The smart scale allows me to watch my weight drop on a graph. It’s so satisfying! In addition, it’s easy to track. I tap the scale, stand on it on a hard surface, and my weight shows up on the scale and is sent to my VeSync app. One of my best Amazon purchases!!! I highly recommend it!

I have a humidifier that runs from this app. I love it! It’s super convenient. Also you can tell they work very hard to try and make the layout ergonomic and attractive. I do wish that I could set the relative humidity max and how much most comes out but those seem to be separate settings on different modes. I wonder if that’s something that could be changed. Still very happy customer!

"For most of import stuff like this, the instluctions or the tech support is “Understanding is berry difficult for me”.... Not this one! The instructions were clear and accurate. The app is awesome! Allows access to tons of functions, and connects to Alexa seamlessly. Just enable the Vesync skill and you are all set. If you choose to do so, it will even send you a text when the tank is empty. I keep mine set to 50, and have to fill it about once every 3 days. I just use it in one bedroom about 400 ft2 and it maintains whatever level I set it at.
