Received this watch as a Christmas (2020) present. I have tried repeatedly to use all of the available functions but to no avail. As of 06/08/21 I cannot keep the watch paired. The only function that this smart watch performs is a basic digital timepiece. Not to friggin' thrilled with this alleged multifunction "smart" watch. Any bright ideas on how to rectify this newest dilemma?

In God we trust takes too long to get help. I see the power touch but no home screen. Like the B/P It says download but no way 2 settings nd my security on my phone says anything with ERROR contact is not safe. Love the watch but needs many technical repairs along with better quality. Saw Dr 5-4-21 B/P was 149.80 watch said 118.80 this is my baseline. Pulse 64 watch 62 baseline verified. FYI. Ok companion device.5-29-21

Having problems with the app keep unpairing with my Bluetooth on my phone everytime I leave the room , but my Daughter has exactly the same watch and the same app and it doesn't unpair with hers..... NEW REVIEW , I am still having the same problem and I am not connected to any other watch.

I don't receive a notification on my watch when I receive a text message.. other then that everything else works very well. I allowed the app to have permission and it still doesn't work.

The app never wants to pair with my watch! Tells me it's paired, but won't transfer the data over from my watch to my phone!
