Clear example of how poorly adopted or managed technology leads bad customer experience. Pure, they encourage their member to refer other people to join membership by giving them "reward point". However, even if you made referral successfully, you may have difficulty to enjoy your benefit with "reward point" simply because this app is not capable of managing them. I should have some points left to use but suddenly it shows that i have -650 points. Which makes me impossible to use.

Cant connect to the network after the latest update while using VPN.

Keeps freezing. Often stuck at the first page and then tells me network error

Poor app experience, but sadly I have to use it for my gym bookings. Unstable and buggy. Often need to reload it multiple times, as it just blanks on me, becomes unresponsive, or simply stops loading.

Booking process is worse than before. It keeps freezing, crashing, and booking takes longer every time. In fact, it took 6 minutes for my most recent booking to be processed. The old system was a lot quicker and had fewer technical issues. Also, schedules for my prepaid workshops are missing from my list of bookings. This App is a lemon. Thanks for wasting members' money and time, Pure.

bad UX, information level on the UI is not clearly design, tap is so shuttle and not easy to spot out at the first time. the schedule list too compact andvthe separation in between 2 lists is not clear. the center select unable to fix on my own center, it default on the Pulse center everytime I open the app (and after I switch back from yoga to fitness tap). The overall UI design look unfinished and not detail enough. (Actually in my pov it look ugly).
