Avoid like the plague. The app crashes continually and there is no way to cancel a monthly subscription - none of the options suggested on their website work and they are uncontactable. Had to get my credit card company to block further payments

Changed from 5 stars to 1. Can't renew in the app or online. That makes it useless. Tried 5 times. Sad.

When you subscribe for the service, the value add is minimal. Additionally, these guys don't allow you to unsubscribe from the app - you have to actually go to the website, login and then delete your credit card details and unsubscribe from a relatively obscure menu item - quite a shady method of locking subscribers in if you claim to be adding value to subscribers.

No way to renew. I have tried online from my PC and also from my phone with different credit cards. I called Anytime Fitness corporate, I talked with Google. I emailed the developers. Nothing has been fixed. I want to use this app with my clients. But have had to do other apps instead. Breaks my heart as it is a decent app and pretty straightforward.

I have been using this app for years. I don't know why people are complaining - the free version includes enough workout programs to keep you going and if you're serious you can upgrade to premium (which is a fraction of the cost of having a personal trainer) and downgrade any time you've had enough. I've reinstalled this app on every phone I've had over the years and I simply don't exercise without it.
