I set up account with username and password. It worked once. Everytime after "We do not recognize this information " . Help logging in is totally useless . Create account..." Account already created!!. This is totally ridiculous

After reading reviews I still tried to create an account for tracking account. Never wanted to pay online but I couldn't even register. Keep me going in circles saying there qaa an issue. Don't know what the issue is and now I dont care. Thank you but no thanks.

Why two different apps? Why does the website not work when you log in? Why do you threaten to deactivate accounts with no warning? Why do you do that then not make it possible to pay bills online? I paid my bill and it took 24hrs to show any difference. Now it says my bill is negative what I just paid.

Unable to login to my account. Get error message saying login name, password, AND security questions are incorrect. They are not because I made note of all of the information pertaining to my account. Now I am locked out? Your app needs work.

I tried and tried to download the app however it doesn't work. Maybe time for another update (one that will work). I needed the app to get power outage updates during hurricane Isaias but no luck. Tried calling the toll free number posted on their website again no luck. I kept getting a message saying check the number and try again.

3.5 stars. Glad I can view my balance and bills and now schedule payments. However, when I schedule to pay on the due date, it says that I cannot schedule a payment after my due date. So I had to schedule it the day prior. That needs to be fixed. Other bug fixes have improved interface and I'm happy it has fingerprint authentication. Still needs improvement.
