Don't get me wrong: the content available on this app is fantastic, but lately there seems to be a problem with the app itself. It lags and glitches, and often crashes my computer entirely, sometimes more than once during a show. I was genuinely hoping that it was out of date, but there aren't updates available. I'm going to try deleting and reinstalling the app - maybe that will work. The content is way too good to cancel the service. I hope they can work the bugs out soon!

Don't like the fact that my subscription yearly price increased. Disney is just taking money without our permission. Taking advantage of hard working people, families with little to spare just to give their kids something special. Why is our price have to go up when we signed up already at set price. I understand if the company wants to raise prices but why make those who signed up already pay for the new price? Bad business. Why take advantage of loyal Disney customers.

Like many here, I can only seem to get audio but no video on many of the films I've tried to watch. Have reinstalled and even tried watching other films and found 0 issues with only some of them... Nothing seems to work. I'm also sick of the constant content "warnings"... You know, Disney, some of this "content" was a reflection of its time, right? If anything, they're educational... although, not if I can't actually watch them. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

The app seemed to be working fine when I first got it. But when I tried to watch a series last week, froze and I had to forcefully close it. It's been blank since. I have updated it this week and it still doesn't load. Have uninsgalled and thr same thing keeps happening. How do you want us to support your shows and watch them legally when you don't give us an app that works? I'll stop my subscription and uninstall the app until the problem is fixed.

Content is great when you have internet. There seems to be a bug that requires you to login when no wifi/internet is available effectively meaning downloads don't work since you can't authenticate the login without internet. My workaround used to be to temporarily tether my kids devices to my phone, but lots of tears when you don't realize what needs to be done on an airplane and can't do that.

Having to reinstall this app 75% of the time when I want to watch something is getting really frustrating. Never had any issues before the May 2021 update. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!!!! 😡 The 4 star rating I originally gave this app has gone down to a 3 when this problem started. Now to a 2 because it's still not fixed and down to a 1 if this is not resolved.
