Serves it's purpose. It will be really handy especially when shopping to be able to check what foods I'm allowed. Many recipes links so that's nice. I didn't give it 5 stars because I wish the recipes were within the app under categories. The link for food delivery is wrong. It needs updated. It's by bistromd so google 17 day diet delivery.

If you can stomach bad writing and are willing to invest your time and hunger pains when the diet may not work, go for it. The risk list is rather large.

This is a concise, well written and helpful app. No, you can't use it to track anything. I don't see that as an important feature. Everything you need is here: What foods you should eat, when you should eat them, how much, and why. If you read and follow this app, with no book or other information at all, the diet will be very effective--until you ditch it and return to eating like an idiot as you always do. Just one comment on the review that claims the app contains many grammatical errors and offers no scientific proof: I have no idea why this is listed near the top of the most helpful reviews. The first part is false and the second part is irrelevant.

This app just explains the basics really. It doesn't track anything for you, give you reminders, or anything like that. It does have guidelines for each cycle and lists of appropriate foods, but that's all.

Very helpful for someone who knows the basics of the diet and needs easy reference of which foods are allowed in each stage.
