Created an account online, and then downloaded the app and it will not accept my login or password that I had created only half an hour before. They are both correct. Very frustrating that the first step fails with this app. Clicked on 'reset password', and no email is forthcoming to enable changing your password. SORT. THIS. OUT. It's stressful enough having to make essential international journeys without the frustration of apps not working that are needed to enable travel in the first place.

There is no way to give half or minus stars, thats why is one. Still too much for the waste of time and data to download it. Dont accept credentials. Not sending verificatin code. What is the point of this app to even exist, as I can see the issue is ongoing since last year and developer does not give s...t to sort it out. I ptesume we should blame Covid-19 for it.....it is so covenient these days.

Told to use this by my employer. Entered my email address (several times) to log in for the first time, but never received the email with my OTP, so couldn't use the app. Emailed support but received no reply. Zero stars.
