Do not purchase this app. Nearly everything in this app doesn't open or it crashes. I have tried to reinstall to no avail. I contacted the app developers email and the Lais DeLeon team email with no response. It sucks as the workouts seem great. To try and use this app, I have to go through every single day, look at the synopsis of the workouts, write them down, input them into another app so I know if I am progressing with weight. A grand waste of time to do this.

It stops working periodically and closes itself and won't open for a bit. The meal plan does not save. I click on a meal plan and add it and as soon as I leave the meal planner section it deleted. I spent 15 minutes customizing my week and it centers it no matter what I do. The videos just load half the time. When I click on on the resources tab and click on a resource it takes me to a blank page. So sad I really wanted to love this app

There are constant issues with this app. It freezes often & most of the time it won't play the informational videos. Now the app won't open at all, when I click on it, I get a message saying it's not responding & the app just closes. I'm paying for an annual subscription so this is quite infuriating.

Trying to access the additional resources in nutrition is impossible. They just load forever and ever and never opens. I've already tried clearing data, uninstalling and using another phone to no avail. I don't know what to do to access it

Awful app!! It's a shame because I love Lais and her workouts but I stopped subscribing to her challenges and workouts because the app never worked. I constantly had problems with it freezing, never loading, and never saving my information. It seemed like I was always "waiting to hear back from IT" Lais, if you ever get your own app I'll happily come back.

Update 4/10/2021 A year later and still the same issues from before and I'm obviously not the only one. The apl keeps glitching, it keeps closing, I try to send feedback and it blanks out. I've clesred out the data and cache. I paid for the annual subscription for nothing. At this point do not auto renew my account this is aggravating.
