I really lo e this woman, my body transformation its amazing and I love the way she cret the workouts, BUT, omg, all the time the app jump exercises, say to you to rest to day and give you the option to jump the rest(but you can't), you are on the middle of the set and the app "goes down" and you need to grab your phone and try to open the app again and guess what!? The workout shows completed, it's annoying, every time, I'm subscribed more then one year and again I LOVE HER PROGRAM, BUT DAMN

I paid for this app for 3 months. It didn't even work, keep quitting. Just rubbish. No idea if it's good content or not. Then, I cancel and have been charged 2x more times for 3 month subscription. I contact Valen and she said talk to plankk. I emailed many times, no response. Theif. Theif!! Return my money immediately!!!

What an absolutely amazing woman with wonderful workouts, great attitude and incredible body. But....what a terrible app!! It glitches all the time, doesn't save information easily and has very limited nutrition section.
