I don't know what is going on with the app, but ever since the automatic update on 01/13/2021, I haven't been able to access the app. I have a paid subscription to the app and have not had any issues with it until today (01/14/2021). The app keeps crashing during the loading phase. Can you all look into this issue????

I am having problems opening the app beginning Jan. 14th. I purchased a challenge that I am unable to complete which is making me very frustrated. I emailed plankk support because it was recommended to do so in other reviewers comments. So far, no response.

Hello! I purchase this app about a month ago. I'm unsure as to whether I have all of the features. On initial access to the app, I had everything I have now and I hadn't paid yet! Now that I'm paying, it's the same content so I'm a little unsure about what it is I'm paying additional for. Don't think I have access to all features then. Also, I went into the app today to workout and it is CRASHING and I can't get in. A little frustrating. Apart from that, I like the workouts.

Horrible app and customer service. Wife purchased plan never received the product/monthly service. So she contacted their customer service but the email sends a looped email saying this email is not in service please email the same email that is not 8n service. So she blasted all of Anowa's emails and they told me that because o purchased online there's not way of tracking i purchased it. But I used Google pay for that purpose so I could get a receipt. Worst Application and Customer Service ever

So...I have to say I've been following Anowa for a long time. I have all 3 of her DVDs and love her workouts. However, I must say I am very disappointed with this app. It looks great and it has exercises that challenge me but that's it. There is no audio which is annoying. Also, I don't like how there is no countdown before the next exercise. It just goes right into it and by the time I realize what's going on, I've lost about 10 seconds of the exercise. I just do the exercises on my own now.
