The app is easy to use and you can create your own fast hours. I added a 36 hour fast, which ended up being 42 hours. Unfortunately, I forgot to end on the app before I ate by about 30 minutes. When I went to edit the time, after I saved the end time to 30 minutes less, it had a time of 18 hours. I reviewed the dates and times for start and end and they were correct. When the fast is under 24 hours, editing is not an issue, only when fasting more than 24 hours and an edit is needed on the time.

This app has been surprisingly good. It is simple, easy to use, and the reminders to drink water are not intrusive. They are helpful. It allows me to view how much time I have left in my fast so that I can prepare food and such. It also counts down the eating window so that I can prepare my water and coffee and tea I will be drinking during my fast. The app also uses bright colors, which I appreciate. I look forward to opening the app to see my progress. I hope to try the premium features next.

I've done intermittent fasting on my own before, and it seemed to work well. I've recently gotten off track. So I'm going to try it with a little extra help now. Hopefully it will be even easier this time. I like the app so far, I just wish it had a dark mode and a widget for the timer at the very least. It would also be nice to have a reasonable one time purchase option also. I haven't used the app long, will give it a try and see how it works out.

I like this app because it's simple and straightforward. I've been fasting for over 2 years and need to get back to a disciplined shorter eating window. This app can help me. I lost 45 pounds 2 years ago and I've gained back 10 so I don't want to keep going in the wrong direction. I think the handy tracking and accountability is just what I need. Thanks!

I'm no stranger to intermittent fasting. I've tried a few fasting apps, and I really dig this one. It connects to my fitbit and Google fit acct to track my fitness, so I don't need to do extra work to log exercise multiple times. Notifications tell you when to start and stop your fast, and remind you to drink water. Looking forward to discovering more features as I continue fasting.

This app is fantastic it has a free version if you just read it and write a little summary on intermittent fasting reversed a pre-diabetes diagnosis. The food pyramid got it completely wrong. I truly believe intermittent fasting can cure 99 percent of Americans. I completely changed my eating habits. I was able to safely reduce the "medications" I take under a doctor's supervision of course. This app doesn't have too much bs either.
