I cant speak for everyone, but I know that 4 months ago I never lifted weights. But I got the urge installed this app and started doing the excersizes. Now I am addicted and everyone asked me what's my secret. I tell them, " it's simple staying consistent with the bodybuilder training app".

An ad pops up on every click. I'm not even going to use it long enough to know if I like it. No way am I going to click out of every ad. could be a great app but I'll never know. uninstalling now.
