Not that informative on nutrition, was looking for nutritional values such as vegetables with highest amounts of calcium for your bones... Instead eat coloured vegetables for high antioxidants... Okay but not that comprehensive

The research is old and incorrect. Studies are being published that a high fat diet with a carbohydrate intake of 5%-7% has the most benefits overall and reverses the effects of problems like insomina, type II, HBP, hormone imbalanc, migrianes, the afteroon crash, inflammation. This list goes on. Meat and oil fats are the ideal fuel but only when carbs are out of the picture. If you do that your body will be a fat burning machine instead of waiting for all the aliments in your senior years. Update this research please.
