The paediatrician chat is open on working days from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and at weekends from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can chat with a paediatrician without an appointment.

The nurse chat is open 24/7. Our nurses can consult a doctor around the clock.

The Worry in Mind line is open on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The service helps with both small and big mental health problems.

You can also use the service as an occupational health or municipal customer

You can use the Pihlajalinna Health app as an occupational health or municipal customer. The application automatically recognises which of the customer roles you can use. You can select your customer role.

The occupational health chat services are available in accordance with your employer’s occupational healthcare agreement. Municipality customers can contact the clinic during the opening hours of the municipality health centre.

The Pihlajalinna Health App chat clinic is an affordable alternative to a normal appointment. You can find our service price list in the application. You pay for the service with a credit card. Downloading the application is free.
