This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Aqua Temp on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

This app has worked well for a year. It now crashes everytime I click on the online pool heater. The heater is seen as online via the app. But on selecting it to be able to turn it on/off remotely, the app crashes immediately. Please can you advise on a fix?

Absolutely horrible app. Setup process just doesn't work. It just hangs when trying to configure the control box to use my own WiFi. Some instructions are in Chinese. After logging in and closing the app, you are asked to login again but it just fails, untill you reinstall the app then you can login again.

Was horrendous to install. Not professional and some instructions in Chinese as someone mentioned. Not always responsive when working and have to keep pressing buttons and listen to the pump. Now says pump Offline. WiFi and pump online. If anyone can suggest a functional alternative please do so.

Installation experience was convoluted but I eventually got through it, only to see the device listed as Offline. Started again, this time the device shows as Online but every time I try to turn the heat pump on or off it just goes back to the list of devices. App is buggy as hell and doesn't perform any useful function successfully.

Dissapointed, failed to do even its basic task reliable: turn on/off the headpump. When clicking OFF, the app informs you the heatpump is off but in fact it is still running. Took a second, to a third tap before it actually went off but by then the app says it's on... need to restart the app and only then the correct status was shown. Would like to be able to see the graphs but it only shows the inlet temp. Getting the module connected to the app is a nightmare, keeps failing without ANY error message. Only after restarting the app I was, to my surpise, connected to the heatpump, I performed only 50% of the steps in the printed manuel (never connected to the private network of the module), maybe the printed manual is outdated. Checking for "update", tapping "common problem" does nothing, not even an error message. Since data is in the cloud, I was also hoping it also had a web interface with more functionality. So far did not find it, anyone? If after an outbond firewall you need to open ports 84, 1883 and 7275 (I did TCP and UDP to be sure), please mention this. The app has potential but do hope it will be strongly improved.

Spent and hour with pool technician but heat pump would not show up. Qr link in manual takes you to an older version of app. After I updated on Play store, heat pump showing. Not sure why it just decided to show now- must have always been there, just not visible. 1 hour wasted. not tested on some of the most popular phones. For example on Samsung S10, the ON/Off target temp or compressed on top of each other. App is also buggy. often get "modify fail". lots more feedback but out if space

About this app

Piscina Temp makes it possible for you to communicate with your heat pump pool heater easily from a local WiFi network(IEEE 802.11b/g standard WiFi network), or remotely over the Internet. Pool Heater is compatible with heat pump pool heaters that must be with WiFi module that provided by the product suppliers.

With Pool Heater, you can:
- be able to monitor the state of the heat pump pool heater, such as the available hot water volume, the current outlet water temperature, the current running mode, etc.
- be able to set the state of the heat pump pool heater, such as ON/OFF setting, target water temperature setting, mode setting, timer setting, etc.
- be informed of any failures of the heat pump pool heater.
