My 7yo likes the lastest update, and being able to see there are more rewards to come. She was starting to lose interest when we kept getting duplicates of the same one. I agree with others on the purple"reward": even my daughter doesn't understand the point, when the reset color is purple and we can do that any time. Still some glitches that need to be fixed. After the update, we've started to get kicked out of the app randomly. Calendar had a gold gift icon on today, but we didn't get it.

Was a good app, the latest update is frustrating. It shows all the possible foods and colors and costumes even if we don't have any and my 2 year old gets frustrated trying to use the items that we don't have! I don't know why it would change to something so stupid. Also, why have the ability to always go back to purple? So pointless and again frustrates my daughter after she accidentally clicks it and the little guy turns purple and she can't change him back. Oh and why have a purple spray can?

I was happy to see an update that added new items to collect for Sparkly! This is a great update! I am disappointed in the changes to the gold presents. It now takes much longer to collect them. Also, you can now only collect them if you use a Sonicare toothbrush. Previously, it was only the backgrounds that were exclusive to the toothbrush. Now it is also the cosmetics. It's fine for my son, who uses the toothbrush, but since I use a manual brush I can no longer get those cute items.

Encourages teeth brushing, discourages me. ~~ My daughter enjoys the app and likes playing with "Purple." Time-to-brushing is way longer than I'd like - it is annoying to have to tap through a bunch of screens before she can start brushing, especially when she's the only kid profile. Even more frustrating is that we can only use my phone or she loses all of her progress. It really ought to sync mom and dad's devices.

Kids features work fine. Parent dashboard non functional. Completely awful and as many others noted, request to resend email, but you are already verified so won't resend, and back to try, over and over, and no path forward. So can't give kids credit when the app fails to connect and can't get to support. The fact that the kids have to start over on reinstall, and can't share between parents is ridiculous. Figure out how to share the data.

I've been trying to get into the parent dashboard for a while now. At first I couldn't get the app to even send me a verification email to verify my email address and activate the account. Finally I get it to send 3 in a row by requesting so much. I click the link to verify and now my app gives me an orange pop up saying "your account has been verified, you may log in." When I click that I'm verified, I get a new pop up that tells me I must verify my email address. Round and round we go....
