Extremely buggy This application has unprofessional defects and should be fixed. When you sign in with Google the application sits at a Google search screen instead of bringing you into the app. The first time you go to brush your teeth and interrupts you with a notification that you changed your toothbrush head, which is extremely confusing. Every other time I start the application it crashes. Trying to contact support via email doesn't populate the email address.

Poorly organized and not informative. The app is full of blingy videos and tips, but my own data is poorly organized, nothing is at hand. Also there's little information about my own sessions and brush heads. Contacting support from the app doesn't work. Can't find a way to clear/reset my brushing sessions. Very poor app. Philips should hire proper UI/UX experts, not amateurs and make a decent app for such expensive brushes.

I just bought the sonicare about a month ago. The app is doing weird things like, not detecting where I have and haven't brushed. It's annoying to buy a high value item, for the sole purpose of showing where you need to brush. All the bells and whistles, but no whistle!

User experience is awful. Brushing sessions mamagement is a complete mess. You can't delete entries, accidentally pressing the button will count as another brushing session (that you cannot delete), expalanations linked to your brushing session are non existant, statistics are completely irrelevant... 0 value in downloading the app... 2 stars for trying but not sure it deserves it...

Truly awful. This could be useful, it promises a lot but is just a gimmick. Trying to connect the brush is hit and miss to say the least. Brush heads are not recognised. This is more aimed at trying to put you on a subscription for brush heads than any true meaningful dental help

First off all, the app is a great idea to show you how and what you're doing in your mouth. But the execution well... Is to debate if they did it well. The tracking always has problems in the same area of the mouth, no matter how you hold the handle it doesn't want to work properly. I even tried right handed which didn't work either, there's no button to calibrate the toothbrush unless you delete the entire app. All in all needs lots of work!
