I can't remember my password it tells me successfully sent when I give my email address, but I never get it. I tried to do a new sign up but I am told that email already exists. I ordered product but now I can't track it. A few days ago someone tried to call me from 1 800 petmeds twice but the connection dropped when I answered it. What gives???

The ordering process is pretty simple BUT not ALL MEDICATION is just A simple order. My dog is 12 so needs pain management medicine, so we had to get a actual "Hard Copy PERSCIPTION" for my Dog. I mailed it out 1day ago 🤞🤞 that they receive it & the medicine 💊 will be on the way. So if MEDICATION is needed for your Animal for PAIN,ANXIETY, ANTIBIOTICS, you will need for your Dog's Doctor(VET) to okay it ,write script, physically mail the hardcopy in, FL. So maybe too soon for opinion.
