Personio app has several, very repeatable quirks. (1) When you log in while the phone is not connected to the internet, it essentially wipes out your login data used from before (along with the recorded hours). (2) When stopping the recording of hours, either going back one screen or accidentally closing the app will wipe the record as well. Both of these require the extra work of logging in on the desktop version to record the wiped data, unless I always remember to prevent it from happening.

I can't figure out how to change my photo once I have put one. App regularly needs the company domain name to be put again . Wish I had all the desktop version possibilities on my mobile app as well .

Onscreen fingerprint doesn't set up. No remember of password. Initial loading screen is too long.
