I've been using this app for years and it's amazing! It's very accurate and allows me to track my PMS so that I know how to manage it better and can prepare for my mood variations. I've also used it to plan so I can avoid my period on beach holidays or can figure out what I'll wear to an event, keeping my bloat/bleed in mind.

I love this app! I had the free version before but had to get the deluxe. There is so much I can do with this app! It is really easy to use. It really helps me remember my periods. It's especially helpful for when I go to the doctor and they ask me when my last period was so I just check the app and I can easily tell them. The layout and design is nice.

I didn't realize just how much I used this app until after having a kid and my body went back to normal. The first couple periods I was unprepared for, mostly in the hormonal swings and moods. I used to plan my calendar based on this app -when I would be charismatic, when I would want to stay home and away from people, when to give myself a little extra patience. I am glad to get back into this practice.

Love this app, and how adaptable it is! The ability to track almost anything (and easy customisation) helped me to discover patterns in my moods and symptoms that I never noticed before. Having this reliable information about myself gives me the power to make improvements in my life.

I used to love this app, especially the social part where I got to interact with many wonderful people. But lately the lack of moderation from the app team is appalling. There's rampant harrassment and bullying, users are targeted, their post systematically reported and deleted for no reason, they can see who's doing it but refuse to intervene. When you email support they NEVER answer, they are either incompetent ot they simply not care. Abysmal customer service, shameful, really.

Cool app, but don't trust the allegedly "auto" monthly backup. Had to do a factory reset on my phone and lost 2 months of tracking (last time it backed up was May -- didn't backup in April either. Was consistent before that), so now I have nothing to show at an upcoming doc appt.!
