The App takes forever to connect, when it does connect at all... it's so frustrating... don't waste your time at it... the idea behind it is great but they do need to fix bluetooth connectivity 🤯🤯🤯😐🙁

this is the worst app I have ever used says it's connected then cuts off every time you try to open the app. have been trying for 4 days. called support they were no help either said they need to speak to America, no time frame for a reply. can only take back for a refund up to 2 weeks so I am taking it back today don't bother if you have Android phone. I am using S6 Galaxy Edge.

Good in theory but poorly executed. This is now an expensive regular blender as the app won't connect. App connected to the blender the first time but now won't reconnect. Can't delete it from the blender by holding the button. Deleting the app or clearing the cache/storage doesn't work either.

Automatically goes to landscape mode, auto rotate is off! There is no way to set it to portrait.

terrible, eventually connects to bluetooth, but crashes every time i try to add ingredients, it forces app to close. Without the app working, nutri bullet balance is just an expensive blender that you have to measure the ingredients manually - very disappointing.

The app itself is not too bad. I'm liking it. I just wanted to complain is that there is No button to DELETE new ingredients you added manually into my pantry database. Or at least let us edit the ingredients information like calories, protein and etc.
