Badly written app with very limited inventory of ingredients, no updates for more than a year: while this app can be a great opportunity for Nutribullet company since there is no competitor, it is sad to see this type of carelessness from the company, app should be updated and should be able to scan barcodes of products and show more nutritional facts.

It always has a hard time connecting via Bluetooth and then out of nowhere the app crashes and begins to reboot, thus having to start all over. I was really excited about this feature. Great blender, they just need to fix the app

This app has all sorts of cool things, when you can get it to work with the blender. It is hit or miss when the blender shows up with Bluetooth. It tells you to make sure the blender is turned on (which there is no way to turn it on). So sometimes I'm able to measure out my ingredients, but most of the time have to wing it.

Worst app I've ever used. When I first got the blender I was really excited about the virtual nutritionist and the recipes provided. Until I decided to actually use them, logged on and ALL the recipes were gone. I read other people fixed this by uninstlling the app and redownloading it. I have tried twice, to no avail. I've never been able to use the scale feature to make a smoothie because the bullet wont stay connected via bluetooth and diconnects mid build. Dont waste your money.

The worse app in the world, the concept about Nutribullet Balance is amazing but this App has a lot of work to do! Most of the time is freezing so unfortunately you can't do anything! Please guys pay attention to this App because many of us bought the Nutribullet Balance thinking of this App and the benefits. PDT: I don't know how this App work in iOS but I have Android and my experience is terrible.

Great BUT!!!! It will force close or not connect at all now. It was great st first but now it doesn't work at all, and cant do manual blending with it at all. Really sucks man. Fix the issue and it will be great again.
