StrongFirst makes training efficiently and effectively simple – and fun, whether you've started work for the first time or you are an experienced kettlebell user.

What makes this app unique is that it guides you, step by step, telling you when to speed up or slow down, provides useful tips and video to improve your form, explains the purpose and benefits of the workout, and keeps motivating you.

Choose a workout, fire up your music, and Mark will take it from here, providing real-time audio coaching every step of the way.

With StrongFirst, you never have to wonder "Am I pushing myself enough?" or "What do these heart rate numbers mean?" - StrongFirst eliminates these doubts by interpreting your biometrics for you, so you can focus on the workout itself.

It uses any Bluetooth® 4.0 heart rate monitor* to measure your body’s response to a workout.
