Update: Absolutely no support. Cannot shut off the jumping jack alarm no matter what I do. I sick of doing jumping jacks and I'm going to smash this stupid beeping thing. No support for the QR code option. Cannot create a profile on the website, live chat support fails over to email too. When it works, it's good. But the software is a disaster. Original Review: Hardware is good, software could use more features and more intuitive UX. Should be merged with Pavlok app in general.

The device works well, and I'm impressed with it, but the apps that are essential to the devices functionality are utter garbage. It can't stay connected to the watch and essentially renders the shock watch useless. I feel robbed that I spent over $150 dollars for a paperweight.

App cannot stay connected to the physical alarm, which is critical to it working correctly...

Disappointing Wasted a buck 35 for this watch because this App is useless. It crashes. It wont update. The app disconnects from the bluetooth while the alarms are going off so you cant stop them. I wish I would have read some reviews before I jumped into such a mistake. Great idea. Needs a lot of work. And, it doesn't even wake me up. Just disappointing.

This app is literally useless. Did everything in the books and consulted every website in existence on the topic but still cannot connect the the $130 device to my $1000 smart phone. Something is not right here and I'm sensing either a very large scam going on, or a very unpolished piece of junk. Either way it's not good, do NOT buy the device and do NOT install any of their apps. It's all useless.

you never miss a wake up because you'll never get to sleep... it's 2 o'clock in the morning, trying for half an hour already and this f***ing app just won't start... 🥶 it just opens and freeze... can't set up an alarm for tomorrow... it's the worst thing you can do with $150! beware👹
