Help I love this bike and the functions of it and how steady and stable it is but I'm really turned off that I can't connect the machine to the app it keeps telling me that my device is missing and I need to make sure that the device is on and all of that I have already checked to make sure everything is on my Bluetooth is on and I still can't connect them together can someone please help thank you

it works just like it should. its a very basic app. i just wish it could connect to google fit.

it keeps stopping every time before you begin the workout

Worked fine until latest update. Now when manual is selected app shows it in manual mode but machine defaults to program 1 instead of staying in manual.

I was really looking forward to using this app with my Exerpeutic Gold 975XBT smart technology Incumbent bike but I can not get the app to work with my device. I turn on the bike and log into the app. I select the 4120 model and it can not find the device. What am I doing wrong or will it not work with my bike? The manual said it worked with IOS app only but I was excited to see it ported to android.

Set up was easy and straightforward. Connected to my 575xl. Hopeful that
app adds more features like being able to connect to Google fit, etc, but a
good basic app. Does the job!
