Message from Dave:
Over the past few years, I have answered questions and given seminars in public, written diets and supplement programs for thousands of bodybuilding and fitness competitors, and I have authored articles for established magazines, hard-core greymarket periodicals, and several ultra-specific “bodybuilding” internet sites. It has gotten to a point where I sensed that an evolution was necessary in the way I disseminated my knowledge and experience to YOU. Utilizing my vast educational knowledge-base and practical hands-on experience of the drug and supplement industry of today, I will keep you abreast of all the best training and nutrition regimens as well as all the new products and performance enhancing trends to hit the “streets”.


Two particularly annoying subjects I will grapple with is IGNORANCE and HYPOCRISY. In the bodybuilding industry, today, I sense that there is a desperate need for something that has been missing for a long time -- TRUTH. Every single one of us, whether professional bodybuilders, amateur fitness competitors, or just plain “at home” muscle junkies, have an innate desire or curiosity to understand all the complexities and nuances that go into making a champion bodybuilder. Let’s face it, the sport of “building your body” has become a complex science. With today’s age of technology, print media is dead.
