Worked brilliantly until I paid for the full version now it keeps shutting down, can not listen to any of it for more than 5 minutes, waste of money. Shame because the app itself is really good

I found this app really effective, do the questionnaire and get a recommended playlist and/or make your own. I use it during the day for 20 minutes at a time to help stop me overthinking that later leads to anxiety or difficulty relaxing, and also at night to get to sleep. A friend back home who had struggled with sleep for years also uses this now and said is the best she's ever used by far. Definitely recommend giving this a go.

Couldnt get threw the first 2 mins it kept shutting off. It it would of stayed on i bet it would be great

This is a great app. It definitely helps with sleep. I like the fact there is a free version as well as a paid. Anything that Mark puts out is good. Highly recommend.
