I'm using skmei xwatch version. Pairs with the app seamlessly in my S6edge. Eveything perfect in the app, in love with it. To sync the steps and calories data faster, turn off the bluetooth in either watch or phone and turn it on again. Once it connects automatically, pull down the health data page in app to refresh the data , you are done. So happy with the product and app. Hoping for new updates like pairing with samsung s health, next pause play music button similar to camera click button. Find phone function. Workout timer setting like s health. Widget. Etc :) Those who are giving bad rating may not be kbiwing how to use or register the app very sad for it. The app is such a wonderfull app. Never mind of such bad rating. One problem associated with me is in the camera mode of app cannot switch to front cam; app closes with error message.

I just purchased the xwatch. It is obvious that it is junk. I downloaded the app from my samsung and tried registering it so it can sync with the watch. I keep getting an error message that my email is incorrect. something wrong here. My advise, spend a little more money and get a brand name watch.

My EX18 watch paired easily with an LG G6. Perhaps others did not have the Blue tooth turned on on the watch? The button to activate the blue tooth is on the upper left of the watch and then the icon will illuminate. If you have install troubles I would uninstall the app and try again. I hope this helps somebody! Just an FYI this is an activity tracking watch with an alarm and stopwatch, it's not a phone. It brings the data into the app and shows you how busy, or lack thereof, you were.

This app is garbage. It doesn't sink most of my workouts, its a pain to get the waych connected and is not a very user friendly design. Needs lots of work.

I am skmei watch it has been connected to another device it is not connecting to my device I tried no. Of times what i have to do now?? Waste watch I disappointed with that watch

People who rate bad about this app... Coz they dont knw how it work 😃 Good app..and please add more app in reminder ..like insta,email,fix camera problem on samsung S5 its not work very well..sometime it has flash and sometime its no flash...but i like the watch
