Using BlueStacks

Why must i sign up to use this app? Spend a ton of money on this chair and still need to surrender my privacy or use your product with limited functionality? Come on OSIM! You can do better!

Great app! If can add in date and time beside the Osim logo on the UI, that will be much better. Also, when my Ah Ma and Ah Gong want to use, I have to edit my profile to match theirs! Should have a family column so that everyone can add in their profile, this way each can easily tap on their own to begin. Btw, my Ah Ma and Ah Gong don't have smart phone. And I am using just a central smart device for all to use.

Impossible to connect...love the chair but such a poor app support is incredible.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and this software cannot be downloaded. It says it is not compatible with Note 5!

Working well 👍 Ambient and scent seems to get reset by the machine every massage though, which should not be the case since the app is retaining the setting.
