I had made in app purchases for the uinfinity but they are now not visible under the downloads. I have tried contacting the customer service but they just keep on making false promises. it has been a few months and it seems i made a mistake by purchasing this chair.

Emailed Error 19 3 mknths ago. Still waiting for follow up support. Uinfinity apps program automatically shut-down after a few minutes and cannot see previously paid programmes.
