Gone backward. Logged me out. Tried to login and kept saying wrong password eventhough I use the same password on old app. Tried reset password, still complain about incorrect passwords. I guess it doesn't like some characters in my password, it is 2023, yet you are still unable to handle special characters in password. I was using the new app. The new app was updated before this issue starts to happen

After using this new app, my AI function on Huawei mate 20x is not working. Version 1.28.0 AI is working fine. But after updated to version 1.29.0 AI not working again. Updated to 1.31.0 AI still not working. Upadated to 1.32.0. Nil help. Feedback to osim and get replied that they are unable to help on software issue since the chair is working fine.

App works fine but why do I have to login and create an account just to do a massage? Seems like a dishonest way to farm email addresses. Even worse it logs you out after some time so you have to relogin everytime I want to use it. Just let us pick a massage without having to create an account.

Tried downloading new massage program, chair and app show successfully downloaded, but it does not show in Downloads list. Also, Bluetooth connection seems getting disconnected.

This is a horrible app, so horrible i wouldn't have given it any star if it was an option. It utterly ruined my evening and turned my initial excitement with the many types of massages available into absolute disappointment. I lost track the number of times my massage was disrupted because the bluetooth has been disconnected. My phone was on the whole time as I was busy using other apps. It seems like I am not the only one struggling to get this app to work. Going back to the old udream app.
