Ridiculous app. First time can use, but unable to use after that. No matter how I unpaired then paired back or kept restarting my phone/Bluetooth, etc, I can't connect to my uGrace anymore.

Connection work with the scale for 3 days and stopped. Tried restarting phone. Can't find device. Tried different phones. Tried unpairing and cannot pair. Tried un installing reinstalling app. Tried taking battery out of device. Counting myself lucky not buying their blood pressure device to save my blood pressure going up due to lousy product/app.

This app really kinda make pple frustrated. It has make uGrace Smart feels like a normal weighing machine that juz take measurement of weight and some other datas which u got no idea what those figures mean

Very poor app, never connects with the device uGrace Smart. Dont buy, it is sheer waste of money.

Decent but not able to select Male when registering profile. I bought the uGrace smart scale for my mom primarily and registered a profile for her but when I tried to create a profile for myself, the option for Male is grayed out.
