This app has potential but as of now Jan 03, 2024, it is currently USELESS!!! It keeps freezing the screen with error messages whenever you attempt to interact with anything on this app. You have to force close and try to log back in. So frustrating.

Very poor can't get in to the app, then trying to get information then it says sorry can't find. It also can't find my location.I even updated to the new app.

I keep getting system error for 3 years I been contacting member services an seem like I can't get an update on the status or they not resolving my issue it shouldn't take all this time to resolve one issue it's so frustrating I just wanna be able to log in I have to keep reaching out to member services every month keep saying IT going to reach out never heard nothing

The app restarts to the home screen when you leave and come back to it. It has also crashed three times in the last five minutes of me trying to explore what all is available on it.

Won't even let me sign up. It's asking for member number with * and my card don't even have that. This app is very horrible and it's a waste of time calling to try to get help.
